Madame Tarantula - a curious oddity of a being if there ever was one. Beyond eccentric, he has quite the fancy for surrounding himself with beautiful things. Within the realm of mortals he operates behind the guise of a Bordello owner, and does not truly interact with the patrons of his establishment to often. Having more than a passing fancy of dolls, he surrounds himself with those that fit that aesthetic -- those that he employ trained to resemble their porcelain counterparts, and indeed, the establishment itself goes by the name of "Le Bordel de Poupees" -- the Doll Bordello. Aside from his obvious eccentricities, he prefers female titles, and indeed, those who address him by anything but Madame or Mistress incur his wrath. Pronouns seem to matter little, although he does don women's clothing. His powers have not been thoroughly researched, although it is known that the appearance one sees Madame in one night, might not necessarily be what they see the next. Along with that, the other oddity to note is that Madame is always accompanied by some sort of spider, and some even claim he can speak to them, bidding them to do his will. All is pure speculation, of course.
